Our Maid of Honor, Dana giving the first toast of the night.

Next toast for the evening was from our Best Man Anthony.

I always say it a great touch to do a "Thank You" toast. RJ and Erin did a great job!

Their wonderful wedding cake.

Ellen & Linwood - May 25th, 2007

Ellen and Linwood's reception took place at the Chadwick in Wexford.

Before I go on, I need to chat about Simone with 5 senses events. I met Simone at the Mocha Rose open house party at the end of April. Simone is very organized and helped out a lot through out the night. She is a huge asset to have on your side planning any event especially a wedding.

Just a few setup pictures followed by the room pictures.

Ellen and Linwood's wedding cake.

Linwood and Ellen had their first dance beautifully choreographed.

This is Linwood's best man Cameron.

I distinctly remember Linwood saying, "If Eunice (his sister) was a guy, she would be his best man." This shows you how close of a relationship they have.

Ellen's Matron of honor Nadia

Our Maid of Honor Calvina.

And last, but not least, Ellen's father Dr. Sammee Brown.

Opne dance shots.

Tara & Mike - May 24, 2008

Tara and Mike's wedding reception and Ceremony took place at the Carnegie Museum. The Ceremony was in the Hall of Architecture while the reception was in the Music Hall Foyer.

The apple candles smelled soooooo good. As you can see, Tara used them to hold the name cards. A very neat and unique touch.

Some pictures of the Music Hall Foyer and of my setup.

You might be wondering where's everyone at? This was my first wedding at the Music Hall that we kept the guests upstairs for the introductions and first dance.

All of Tara and Mike's guest look down from the balcony during their dance.

Mike had two Best Men. This is Justin giving his toast.

Mike's other best man Robb.

Tara's Matron of honor Lisa.

. . . and Tara's Maid of honor Kamila.

Tara's Seven layer wedding cake! This cake had to be 8' tall sitting on the table.

Tara split the Father / Daughter dance with the Father and Step-father.

Mike's dance with his mother.

Before I put up some of my open dance shots from the night, I have to talk about their photographer Heather. Hands down Heather is one of the best photographers in Pittsburgh. I always love working with her and enjoying her blog pictures. Need to say "hi" to her husband Craig the came as her second shooter Saturday.
Here's a great picture of well . . . lol . . the back of Heather's head. (understand why I'm a DJ and not a photographer?)
