Stephanie & Tom - August 23rd, 2008

Here's a "small world" scenario that played out during out fist meeting together.
When we were chatting, Tom insisted that he knew me from some where. . . After going through some places / friends, we found out that Tom knew me from back in the College days. He regularly came into the Loomis on Wednesday nights. (The Loomis is a local club in Clarion, PA. Where Tom and I went to school.) Wednesday was our Trivia night. . . Loads of fun and lots of dancing afterwards.

One of the last things Tom said to me at his wedding was, "Jeremy, I would have never guessed that guy DJing at my college bar would be here for me on my wedding day. Thanks so much man."

Their wedding reception took place at the Seven Oaks Country Club. This is my first wedding here with the new room layout. I have to say the "flow" is tremendously better. The only downfall is the distance from my table to the dance floor.

A couple room shots.

Stephanie and Tom's first dance.

Sorry for the bad picture but this is our best man Tony giving his toast.

This cake was used for the cake cutting ceremony. I love the pin spot that highlighted the monogram.

Stephanie and her father Mark, in the father / daughter dance.

Tom and Teresa in the mother / son dance.

The rest are a couple open dance shots from the night.

Marisa & Kevin - August 16th, 2008

Marisa's and Kevin's reception was right next door from my wedding on Friday night. The reception was held at the Embassy Suites Hotel by the Pittsburgh Airport.

(quick setup picture)

I didn't have a chance to grab to many room layout pictures. I had to charge my camera battery before we started the formalities.

This is one of my favorite ideas to bring into your wedding. Marisa and Kevin went around their favorite hang out spots in NYC and grabbed some pictures. They used the locations and the snap shot for the table names.

Marisa and Kevin's first dance picture.

Our first toast of the night came from our Matron of Honor, Stephanie.

Following Stephanie was our Best Man, Patrick.

I always embrace the idea of the Bride and Groom giving a Thank-You speech. Marisa and Kevin gave a very heart warming thank you to their friends and family.

After Dinner we did the Father / Daughter Dance.

Following the father / daughter dance was the mother / son dance.

Now the cake cutting Ceremony. . . It's an old Italian tradition to do a "cake walk" before they cut the wedding cake.

Nothing but fun and dancing for the rest of the night!

Last song of the night we did a little New York, New York by Franky.

Laura & Drew - August 15th, 2008

Laura and Drew's wedding was at the Radisson Hotel in Greentree. I had the opportunity to work with my good photographer friend Ryan Sigesmund.

Below is the picture Laura and Drew's friend Bob warming up to play the piano for the cocktail hour. I called Bob up before the wedding and invited him to use my speakers. This made less work for Bob to bring in and it also sounded wonderful coming out of the Bose.

Couple pictures of the room layout.

Their wonderful wedding cake.

Laura and Drew's first dance. . . .

Our first toast of the night was from the best man Jon.

After Jon was our first Maid of Honor Jen, followed by our second Maid of Honor Laura.

Laura and her father Patt in the father / daughter dance.

Following Laura and Patt was Drew and his lovely mother Sheila in the Mother / Son dance.

What a huge dance party we had Friday night! The floor was packed from the first open dance song to the very last song of the night.

I didn't know at the time, but I captured Laura and Drew sharing a beautiful moment on the dance floor. (left side of the picture)
